The Social Economy Summit took place on May 14 and 15, 2025, at La Tohu, organized by the Chantier de l'économie sociale.

The event brought together more than 1,350 people to discuss the future of the social economy, including a wide diversity of economic, cultural, environmental, political, and community actors.

The declaration of this year's Summit was: “Build an economy that works for us.”
This is essentially the role of the social economy.
The Summit emphasized the importance of developing an economy that is more resilient, inclusive, and centered on collective well-being — a vision they hope to achieve by 2050.
